2021 plans…

The end of 2020 is here. I don’t have much to say about the year. We all know the horrible things which happened and the events where we experienced something wonderful. (Although, those were rare. Grins).

Anyhow, this is my end of the year post.

My plans for 2021 are:

1) Publish the first story of a werewolf trilogy. (The editor has it. Should be returned in January).

2) Publish the first story of a LitRPG trilogy. (I need to self edit it and give to beta reader. Should go to the editor in January. I need to get a cover made for it. I’ll publish it late Feb/early March.)

3) I’m writing the sixth and final 10k short for Cleo & Petra. I’ll finish it early January. (It’ll be held until February’s order to the editor. It’s another I need a cover for. Should be published in/around March/early April.)

4) Crimson Rose will return. I plan two 20k stories for 2021. One should be around April. The other, I’m not sure. (These will need covers made and be sent to the editor when I slot them in my schedule.)

5) Melody’s and Sarah’s second story for Dyalessia Games is another I plan for 2021. I wanted to do it in 2020, but I lost interest when the virus spread. I had no desire to write a road trip romance. (As usual, needs cover and editing.)

6) As for the other four stories? I’m not sure. I haven’t thought this far ahead. I believe I’ll add a second one to Acinonyx. They’ve been waiting at the edge of the solar system for a year. Grins.

7) I might start another series of 10k short stories. People have asked me what happens to Argia from my original Bastet’s Daughters trilogy. I might give them an answer.

December 27th, 2020…

Virus update. We’ve reached 31,035 known cases and 507 dead. This means since last week we’ve had 3,580 new cases and 78 deaths. This includes the totals from today.

Book news. I finished Kira’s LitRPG story, except for filling in character names and info. I’ll self edit it soon, and print for the reader. Editor won’t receive it until January anyhow. This week I plan to return to Cleo & Petra, writing their sixth short story. It should be the last, until they pester me to return. Grins.

Editor has Alex & Christie’s second story for Dyalessia Games and Bastet’s Daughters: Unknown Terror. This Bastet’s story is new for 2021 and it’s werewolves!

I republished book three of Bastet’s Daughters and the trilogy. I’m working through the suggestions for Melody’s and Sarah’s story. I should have them done mid-week.

My free short story where Felia meets Bastet is one I offer on my mailing list.

I uploaded my forty-ninth writing video on my YouTube channel. As usual, I talk about the same things I do here but maybe more.

Gaming news. I finished the first play through of Cyberpunk 2077. Warcraft dailies/weeklies are ongoing. I’ve returned to Dragon Quest XI.

December 20th, 2020…

Virus update. We’ve reached 27,455 known cases and 429 dead. This means since last week we’ve had 4,412 new cases and 39 deaths. This includes the totals from today.

Book news. I needed to write more for Kira’s litRPG story, but the last scenes/chapters will happen this week. I finished the ending during last weeks writing and worked on scenes with them exploring the elven dungeon. I’m at 37,810 words and I want to reach 40k to 50k.

The editor says she’ll send me book three of Bastet’s Daughters tonight. She needs another day or two for Melody’s and Sarah’s. COVID has been a struggle for her, so I don’t mind giving her the extra time.

Once I have those stories and they’re updated, I’ll send out my newsletter. I decided it wasn’t worth sending until everything for December is completed.

My free short story where Felia meets Bastet is one I offer on my mailing list.

I uploaded my forty-eighth video on my YouTube channel. As usual, I talk about the same things I do here but maybe more.

Gaming news. Cyberpunk 2077. Lots of it. I’m a hundred hours into it. Sure, there are bugs, but nothing which has stopped me from playing. They’ve patched a couple times, which helped fix many of them ones I’ve experienced. Also, Warcraft. I get on to do my dailies and the quests which reset on Tuesdays.

December 13th, 2020…

Virus update. We’ve reached 23,043 known cases and 390 dead. This means since last week we’ve had 4,151 new cases and 40 deaths. This includes the totals from today.

Book news. I’m writing the last scene/chapters for Kira’s litRPG story. I’m at 33,360 words and I want to reach 40k to 50k. I have the cover for the werewolf story. I plan to reveal it at the end of December. It is posted on my Facebook page, since the get perks. It’ll be in my newsletter, which I’ll send this week. (Might be tonight, after I finish other projects.)

I’m publishing a collection of the first three stories in Crimson Rose tonight. It’ll help those who are in KU and enjoy reading collections.

The editor still needs more time to finish Melody’s and Sarah’s story for Dyalessia Games and the third story for Bastet’s Daughters. I’ve been in contact with her, and understand she needs the delay because of COVID. Depending on what happens, I might push my releases off until February.

My free short story where Felia meets Bastet is one I offer on my mailing list.

I uploaded my forty-seventh video on my YouTube channel. As usual, I talk about the same things I do here but maybe more.

Gaming news. Dragon Quest and Warcraft until Cyberpunk 2077 came out. Now, I’m running all over Night City, exploring and doing the side quests. The intro took me two or three days to get through! It was long since I completed the side quests before moving on to the main one. I haven’t had the major bugs and issues with the game, except it’ll pause/freeze for a few seconds sometimes. Beyond this, it’s running smooth on my Series X. Well, there was one bug where the lower half of the character remained naked after I dressed her, so I had to take off her clothes and redress her. It amused me.

1) The Star Child by Ali Spooner is book two of her the Cast Iron Farm series.

December 6th, 2020…

Virus update. We’ve reached 18,892 known cases and 350 dead. This means since last week we’ve had 4,296 new cases and 33 deaths. This includes the totals from today.

Book news. I have two weeks of writing in the litRPG story I’ve been working on. I’m at 29,000 words and I want to reach 40k to 50k. I know where I’m going with this story, but getting there is taking time. Grins. Also, I’ve contacted a cover artist for the werewolf story. From what she said, the cover should be done by next week. I should receive the editing suggestions for Melody’s & Sarah’s story for Dyalessia Games and book three of Bastet’s Daughters this coming week. I agreed to the extension, knowing she was sick with COVID.

I uploaded my forty-sixth video on my YouTube channel. As usual, I talk about the same things I do here but maybe more.

Gaming news. I finished Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla. I wasn’t thrilled with the ending. It left a lot of questions unanswered. I’ve been playing Warcraft. Waiting for Cyberpunk 2077! It’s coming this week! YAY!
