I republished this story from two years ago after an editor suggested how to improve it. Amazon finished doing its thing.
December 20th, 2020…
Virus update. We’ve reached 27,455 known cases and 429 dead. This means since last week we’ve had 4,412 new cases and 39 deaths. This includes the totals from today.
Book news. I needed to write more for Kira’s litRPG story, but the last scenes/chapters will happen this week. I finished the ending during last weeks writing and worked on scenes with them exploring the elven dungeon. I’m at 37,810 words and I want to reach 40k to 50k.
The editor says she’ll send me book three of Bastet’s Daughters tonight. She needs another day or two for Melody’s and Sarah’s. COVID has been a struggle for her, so I don’t mind giving her the extra time.
Once I have those stories and they’re updated, I’ll send out my newsletter. I decided it wasn’t worth sending until everything for December is completed.
My free short story where Felia meets Bastet is one I offer on my mailing list.
I uploaded my forty-eighth video on my YouTube channel. As usual, I talk about the same things I do here but maybe more.
Gaming news. Cyberpunk 2077. Lots of it. I’m a hundred hours into it. Sure, there are bugs, but nothing which has stopped me from playing. They’ve patched a couple times, which helped fix many of them ones I’ve experienced. Also, Warcraft. I get on to do my dailies and the quests which reset on Tuesdays.
Reading for the week. The cover images are posted on Pinterest.
1)The Last Christmas Ball by Lily Seabrooke is book two of her The Christmas Ball series.
Crimson Rose Trilogy.
I gathered the first three stories of Crimson Rose into a trilogy. Amazon put it live earlier.
December 13th, 2020…
Virus update. We’ve reached 23,043 known cases and 390 dead. This means since last week we’ve had 4,151 new cases and 40 deaths. This includes the totals from today.
Book news. I’m writing the last scene/chapters for Kira’s litRPG story. I’m at 33,360 words and I want to reach 40k to 50k. I have the cover for the werewolf story. I plan to reveal it at the end of December. It is posted on my Facebook page, since the get perks. It’ll be in my newsletter, which I’ll send this week. (Might be tonight, after I finish other projects.)
I’m publishing a collection of the first three stories in Crimson Rose tonight. It’ll help those who are in KU and enjoy reading collections.
The editor still needs more time to finish Melody’s and Sarah’s story for Dyalessia Games and the third story for Bastet’s Daughters. I’ve been in contact with her, and understand she needs the delay because of COVID. Depending on what happens, I might push my releases off until February.
My free short story where Felia meets Bastet is one I offer on my mailing list.
I uploaded my forty-seventh video on my YouTube channel. As usual, I talk about the same things I do here but maybe more.
Gaming news. Dragon Quest and Warcraft until Cyberpunk 2077 came out. Now, I’m running all over Night City, exploring and doing the side quests. The intro took me two or three days to get through! It was long since I completed the side quests before moving on to the main one. I haven’t had the major bugs and issues with the game, except it’ll pause/freeze for a few seconds sometimes. Beyond this, it’s running smooth on my Series X. Well, there was one bug where the lower half of the character remained naked after I dressed her, so I had to take off her clothes and redress her. It amused me.

1) The Star Child by Ali Spooner is book two of her the Cast Iron Farm series.
December 6th, 2020…
Virus update. We’ve reached 18,892 known cases and 350 dead. This means since last week we’ve had 4,296 new cases and 33 deaths. This includes the totals from today.
Book news. I have two weeks of writing in the litRPG story I’ve been working on. I’m at 29,000 words and I want to reach 40k to 50k. I know where I’m going with this story, but getting there is taking time. Grins. Also, I’ve contacted a cover artist for the werewolf story. From what she said, the cover should be done by next week. I should receive the editing suggestions for Melody’s & Sarah’s story for Dyalessia Games and book three of Bastet’s Daughters this coming week. I agreed to the extension, knowing she was sick with COVID.
My free short story where Felia meets Bastet is one I offer on my mailing list.
I uploaded my forty-sixth video on my YouTube channel. As usual, I talk about the same things I do here but maybe more.
Gaming news. I finished Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla. I wasn’t thrilled with the ending. It left a lot of questions unanswered. I’ve been playing Warcraft. Waiting for Cyberpunk 2077! It’s coming this week! YAY!

November 29th, 2020…
Virus update. We’ve reached 14,686 known cases and 317 dead. This means since last week we’ve had 2,645 new cases and four deaths. This includes the totals from today.
Book news. I’ve finished Isabella’s, Cassidy’s, and David’s werewolf story for Bastet’s Daughters. I have twenty pages to self edit. It should be sent to the editor for my December order, and published in January. I’m going to return to working on Kira’s litRPG story, which should take me fifteen days to finish. Also, I plan to write Cleo’s & Petra’s last short story in December/early January. I need ten days to do it.
I’ll contact the cover artist to learn how she’s doing and discuss what we’ll do about covers for my next stories. It’s on my schedule to do. Grins.
If you want a free short story set in Bastet’s Daughters where Felia meets Bastet, I offer it if you join my mailing list.
I uploaded my forty-fifth video on my YouTube channel. As usual, I talk about the same things I do here but maybe more.
Gaming news. Lots of Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla. Hours of it. I’m at 140 hours into this game. It is long! I have half a zone and one city left to explore in England. Also, I’m taking my time playing Warcraft.
Reading for the week. The cover images are posted on Pinterest. I haven’t been reading because I’ve been gaming.
1)Two to Tangle by Melissa Brayden is book two of her Tangle Valley series.

November 22nd, 2020…
Virus update. We’ve reached 12,041 known cases and 313 dead. This means since last week we’ve had 2,017 new cases and four deaths. This includes the totals from today.
Book news. I’m 38,765 words into the 40k to 50k I’d prefer Isabella’s, Cassidy’s, and David’s werewolf story for Bastet’s Daughters. I believe I’ll finish it this week. Once done, I’ll work on Kira’s LitRPG story or part six of Cleo & Petra’s short stories. I plan to finish the last one early in the year. When those three are done, I have ideas for the next stories. I’m not sure which one it’ll be, but I plan to finish the Melody’s & Sarah’s missing story for Dyalessia Games, story five for Crimson Rose, and/or story two for Acinonyx.
The problem is: The cover artist I work with has the virus. I learned tonight so does the editor I’ve been working with. Both have fatigue and are struggling with getting through their projects.
If you want a free short story set in Bastet’s Daughters where Felia meets Bastet, I offer it if you join my mailing list.
I uploaded my forty-forth video on my YouTube channel. As usual, I talk about the same things I do here but maybe more.
Gaming news. Lots of Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla. Hours of it. Around seventy or more so far. I’m exploring Jutonheim at the moment. I misspoke on this in my video. My fault. I still have about five areas in England to explore. This is a long game!
Reading for the week. The cover images are posted on Pinterest. I read one story this week, having played Xbox instead.
1) Winter in Wisteria by Angela Pepper is book twelve of her Wisteria Witches series.
November 15th, 2020…
Virus update. We’ve reached 10,024 known cases and 309 dead. This means since last week we’ve had 1,652 new cases and two deaths. This includes the totals from today.
Book news. I’m 34,257 words into the 40k to 50k I’d prefer Isabella’s, Cassidy’s, and David’s werewolf story for Bastet’s Daughters. I believe I’ll finish this week. If not, it’ll be early next week. I haven’t written anything new to Kira’s litRPG story because I’m focused on finishing the werewolf one. However, I need fifteen days to reach the 40k, which won’t take long. Once done, I’ll work on the sixth story for Cleo & Petra, which finishes their tale unless I return to it sometime.
If you want a free short story set in Bastet’s Daughters where Felia meets Bastet, I offer it if you join my mailing list.
I uploaded my forty-third video on my YouTube channel. As usual, I talk about the same things I do here but maybe more.
Gaming news. Xbox arrived. I posted a video of it being opened on YouTube. I played Watch Dogs: Legion until I realized it has a save game bug, which wiped out half my progress. Frustrating! I’ve switched to Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla. I’m exploring England at the moment, having reached it earlier today. There’s tons of treasure, quests, and areas to find.
Reading for the week. The cover images are posted on Pinterest.
