I made a lot of changes to my web site. My book series are now listed together under the novels menu instead of spread across the top by each series. I added the summary to Alex’s and Christie’s second book in Dyalessia Games. I also added links to Instagram and Pinterest. I’m still thinking of other changes I might add, but for now these changes are the ones I could do without help.
I like the changes, however, may I make a suggestion? Under the root page ‘Novels’ add the title of each novel and make them a link to the pages.
The same with each of the root pages for the individual novels, have links in those root pages to the sub menus.
When I checked your menu, I instinctively clicked the novels page that had nothing on it, before noticing the drop down… this may be because I’m on a tablet, but it just means it would lead ppl to the right pages.

Funny you mentioned this, it’s been on my mind to make this change. However, I didn’t get to it last weekend, but I hoped to do so this weekend. π Cause you’re right, having the links return makes sense.

π I only know this because I did the same thing, I created drop down menus and then found people contacted me saying my books page had “no details”.
So now I put links in all my root pages, not only does it help to lead people to the right pages, it helps your SEO having inbound links π

True, true. I knew I should have done it last weekend when I made the changes, but I wanted to think about it for a week. Now, having you say the same thing, it pushes me to correct it this weekend. I didn’t think about the SEO part though, so good deal. Having that is an added bonus to fixing everything. π
